Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading team on a large residential development in Camden. This is a 3-month contract role, offering the chance to work on a high-profile, multi-phase, high-rise RC frame scheme.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a site-based team tasked with managing the workload across this ambitious and complex multi-phase project. Your role will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of key phases, providing cost management, valuations, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and provide detailed cost reporting.
• Oversee valuations and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with the site team and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to the wider commercial team as needed.
