This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of supply chain systems.

• Stock Ordering: Manage inventory levels to meet operational needs efficiently.
• Drop-ship Ordering: Coordinate direct shipments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• System Management: Maintain accurate records by confirming orders, updating systems from order confirmations, and diligently chasing supplier confirmations.
• Logistics Coordination: Organize container shipments and oversee shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing and procurement roles, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in procurement software ERPs and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
