Senior Sous Chef

Quest Employment are pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef for a 5 Hotel based on the outskirts of Watford. Our client is a spectacular venue and resort where they offer fine dining, a range of outdoor activities and award-winning spa and health club.

We are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to work across the hotel in the central kitchen which covers a variety of menus.

The successful Senior Sous Chef will be able to:

• Lead, inspire and manage the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
• Oversee the creation of a dynamic and seasonal menu.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering and budgeting.
• Train, develop and mentor current chefs.
• Work with the front of house team to provide a seamless service.
• Monitor food costs and waste to ensure profitability.
