Assistant Site Manager

We are working with a developer based in West London, who have a £44million project in South Harrow. The project is RC Frame across 3 blocks and will be 191 units in total.

Assistant Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Management
• Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures.
• Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A proven background working on large scale RC Frame Residential schemes.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget
• High rise experience
• Construction Management Degree
