Housing Officer

Rocasa Consultng are looking to recruit a experienced Housing Officer with cover Milton Keynes and Stevenage You must have Driving licence and access to a car, all mileage paid from home address.

Paying £26.13ph via Umbrella

Working Hours are 9am - 5.00pm 35 hours per week Mon - Fri

1. Excellent customer service delivery, demonstrating good communication and relationship building skills.
2. Highly self-motivated with the ability to plan and work effectively without high levels of supervision.
3. Ability to work on the go using mobile technology.
4. Strong resource and time management, and the ability to prioritise, delivering value for money.
5. Experience of working in a climate of legislative and organisational change.
6. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations and deliver sustainable outcomes.
8. Comfortable analysing data and drawing conclusions.
9. Ability to work with IT systems on the go.
10. Knowledge of Fire safety and estate inspections.
