We're looking for Residential Building Surveyors across Brighton, London, Oxford, and Southampton to deliver high-quality survey and valuation services with precision, professionalism, and integrity.

An independent, privately owned residential survey and valuation firm, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The practice operates a hybrid model with full support infrastructure, allowing surveyors to work remotely while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration and professional development.

With continued national growth and strong demand in the South-East, there are exciting opportunities for ambitious surveyors to develop professionally and maximise their earning potential.

The Role

  • Conduct RICS Home Surveys: Level 2 and Level 3 (approximately 75% of core work)
  • Perform valuations for private, lender, and corporate clients (approximately 25% of core work)
  • Prepare detailed reports and offer professional advice
  • Inspect properties, analyse data, and ensure compliance with RICS standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain service excellence
  • As the business expands, there will also be opportunities to specialise in: New Build Snagging Surveys, Damp Surveys, Dilapidation/Condition Reports, Leasehold Enfranchisement, and Party Wall Matters.

What's Required

  • RICS qualification (AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS)
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential surveying and valuation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A focus on quality inspection, client service, and professional integrity
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous learning
