Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Salary: 33,000.00 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Compliance Officer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our property portfolio complies with all relevant legislation, with a strong focus on fire safety. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a vital aspect of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Fire Safety Compliance:

• Conduct fire safety risk assessments and audits across our property portfolio.
• Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
• Advise on the application and interpretation of fire safety legislation.
• Investigate fire safety incidents and implement corrective actions.

Property Compliance:

• Review and assess properties to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., building regulations, health and safety).
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance processes.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and conduct data analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of fire safety legislation and best practices.
• Experience in conducting fire safety risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience working within the housing or property management sector.
• Knowledge of other relevant health and safety legislation.
