Job Description:

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Redhill. You will support young children's early development, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that encourages learning through play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Monitor and record children's progress and development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
