Location: London - Zone 1
55,000 - 65,000 DOE + Annual bonus, healthcare, life insurance (5x salary), critical care cover.

We are working with a leading organisation in the energy and horticulture sector that is looking to appoint a Project Development Manager to drive key projects from concept to completion. The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of end-to-end project development, overseeing everything from initial planning and stakeholder coordination to financial close and execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and timelines while identifying and implementing innovative energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, from concept and design to execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams (business development, engineering, finance, legal), and external partners.
• Identify and implement energy-efficient solutions to optimise project outcomes.
• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• A degree in Horticulture, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticultural technologies, controlled-environment agriculture, and energy solutions.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project development experience - sector background is flexible.
