Restaurant Manager Michelin

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager for a 1 Michelin star fine dining restaurant in London.
You must have the following:
- Michelin Starred experience preferably in UK - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or high-end dining environment - very stable cv essential
fluent English and very good or fluent French preferably
