Who You Are:

• 2-3 years current HR Advisory experience in a law firm, LLP, or financial services - essential
• Strong communication skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
• Passionate about creating effective HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and onboarding, including apprenticeships and work placements.
• Represent the firm at career fairs and build relationships with educational institutions.
• Develop learning and career progression opportunities for staff.
• Manage key moments in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve organisational goals and build a unified culture.
