Mechanical Shift Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a mechanical shift engineer for a long term temporary contract in a university building in the South Kensington area starting ASAP.

The working hours are 8-8, 4 on 4 off, nights and days.

To be suitable for this contract you must meet the below criteria:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
2. Be qualified to mechanical city & guilds level 3 or equivalent.
3. Have knowledge of ventilation, calorifiers, pumps, AHU/ FCU maintenance.
4. Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references from work completed in the past 5 years.
5. Have your own safety boots and basic hand tools.

The starting hourly rate is negotiable with overtime available.

A drivers licence is required as there is a van left on site that is used to move tools and materials or attend other locations when needed.

The vast majority of the work will be based at the same location in South Kensington.
