About the Role

The Admissions Manager will play a vital role in leading and enhancing the admissions, progression, and enrolment functions of the institution. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless, customer-focused admissions experience for all prospective students and stakeholders. The role requires a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on approach to deliver efficient services that align with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.

You will also line manage a team of Learner Service Officers, supporting their professional growth and contributing to the overall success of the department.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in Student Record Systems is essential
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience in a similar administrative/customer service/support-based role is essential
