Connells are looking for a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our successful residential sales team in Gillingham . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent ready to take the next step into branch management or for an established manager looking for a fresh challenge.

You'll be joining a branch with strong potential, a supportive Area Manager and a driven team committed to growing market share and delivering results.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive branch performance to maximise income and profitability
• Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
• Secure new business through market appraisals and effective negotiation
• Ensure the branch runs efficiently and meets all compliance standards
• Support team development through training and mentoring

About you:

• Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
• Strong track record in residential sales and winning new instructions
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence
