Children's Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Children's Registered Manager to lead and manage our children's residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the children's home
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care
• Maintain safeguarding practices and promote positive behaviour support
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
• Build effective relationships with local authorities, families, and external partners

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Proven experience managing or deputising in a children's residential setting
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
