What You'll Do:

In this full-time, permanent role, you will play a vital part in assisting with clients' accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Bookkeeping & Receipt Analysis: Keep meticulous records to ensure accuracy.
• VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns with confidence.
• Ledger Maintenance: Manage sales and purchase ledgers efficiently.
• Account Preparation Assistance: Support in preparing accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and LLPs up to trial balance.
• Bank Account Management: Assist in running bank accounts and gaining approval for payments.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with all major stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside various teams to uphold best practises.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a proactive individual with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educated to A-level equivalent or above.
• Currently studying towards or willing to pursue an accounting qualification, preferably ACCA (other qualifications considered).
• Adaptable, hard-working, and a true team player.
• Highly efficient with a meticulous approach and great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• IT literate, eager to master key accounting software.
• Positive attitude, flexible, and committed to confidentiality.
