Planning Manager

Our client are an award winning national housebuilder who operate through Kent and East Sussex and boast an impressive land pipeline. With this in mind, they are expected to submit over 7 applications into next year and are looking to strengthen the team with an additional Planner. In terms of background, we would consider someone from a developer, consultancy or local authority background, or a recent Uni-leaver who is keen to pursue their career with the support of an experienced Planning Director.
