Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. Various shifts are available, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.
• Ensure food presentation meets quality and standards.
• Maintain clean and organised kitchen, following food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the management team to order supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Adapt to different shifts, including weekends and holiday, as required
• Follow portion control and minimise waste while maintaining food quality.
• Handle and resolve kitchen-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Understading of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organisation and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
