Passive Fire Contracts Manager

We are actively looking for a Passive Fire Contracts Manager to join a leading passive fire protection contractor on a permanent basis. You will be based in the Croydon office with travel around the London area. In return, you will receive company car, fuel allowance, healthcare benefits and support on additional qualifications.

As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

• Leading a number of high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
• Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of 5mil+
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard

Experience needed:

• Experience managing multiple contracts
• Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
• Delivering budgets of minimum 400k a month
• Experience leading a team
