Special Needs School dedicated to supporting autistic students with a range of communication needs. This welcoming and forward-thinking school is seeking a Band 5+ Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team from September 2025.
About the Role: Work closely with Autistic students, supporting a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate with a skilled team of therapists, teachers, and support staff
Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
Provide assessments, reports, and therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
Support staff training and contribute to a communication-friendly school environment
Opportunity for progression, supervision, and ongoing CPD
The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration (or working towards it by September 2025)
Experience or a strong interest in working with Autistic children and young people
A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive practice
New graduates welcome Band 5+ depending on experience
