EMEA Talent Management Specialist

Talent Management Specialist EMEA - remote - travel to London and EMEA - up to 60k
Joining a global technology business, you will be responsible for Talent and Engagement for multiple offices in EMEA.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders within the business to allow you to effectively manage recruitment, talent, succession planning and engagement for a largely remote population. With a background in Talent Management and Engagement, you will have supported a technology population and will be able to evidence how you have brought remote communities together via a variety of digital methods.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience of culture, succession planning, and recruitment across EMEA.
It is essential that you can start a new role at short notice.
The role can be home-based but with the expectation of monthly meetings in London and travel across EMEA as required by the company.
