Senior Design Manager

Our client is a tier-one main contractor undertaking new build, residential, refurbishment, and commercial projects across the country.

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead a brand-new project at Blackfriars, Central London.

The project is a £100m+ mixed-use residential and commercial development.

The position will report to the Design Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have led design for RC frame developments in excess of £100m (either commercial or residential schemes).

In return, our client is offering a base salary between £95k and £105k, plus a full benefits package and bonus system.
