Your New Role
As a Finance Integration Specialist, you will support the Finance Transformation Director in delivering key integration projects following the merger of two leading real estate organisations. Your focus will be on the operationalisation and integration of finance functions, ensuring seamless alignment across property portfolios, asset management systems, and finance operations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
You'll bring a strong background in M&A, finance integration, and financial process implementation, ideally within the real estate or asset management sectors. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading project management and governance across multiple finance workstreams, including property accounting, asset valuation, and lease management

Driving finance operationalisation and hypercare post-merger, ensuring minimal disruption to property operations

Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimise finance processes and systems across diverse property portfolios

Engaging with cross-functional teams including FP&A, property accounting, investment reporting, treasury, and tax

Key Skills & Experience

Proven post-merger project management experience, ideally in real estate or asset-heavy industries

Deep understanding of finance integration and transformation in a property context

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams

Resilience and creativity in navigating newly formed environments and complex asset structures
