About Us:
We are a reputable construction company undertaking projects across multiple sites in the UK. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Worker/Labourer with SC clearance to join our team and support two of our key sites: one in Tilbury and one in Ramsgate.

• Undertake general construction and maintenance work across both Tilbury and Ramsgate sites.
• Ensure high-quality work is completed in line with project specifications, health & safety standards, and deadlines.
• Operate construction machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide solutions where necessary.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and any incidents or challenges encountered.

• Valid SC Clearance (essential).
• Proven experience in the construction industry with a variety of skills in general building work.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction practices.
• Ability to travel between Tilbury and Ramsgate (transport options can be discussed).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and take on new responsibilities as needed.
