Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor

Location: Bromley (Stunning, high-spec office space)

Salary: Fully negotiable - from £50k to £100k+, fully dependent on AUM client book and ability to cover costs.

Bonus/Commission Structure:

• 2.5x fixed cost
• 30% on first £50k revenue
• 40% on revenue above £50k (including recurring income)

Benefits:

• Pension: 4% employer / 4% employee contribution - paid on total earnings.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, self-sufficient IFA to take full ownership of their desk within a fully independent, non-networked firm. Whether you're bringing £1m or £10m+ in AUM, the business is open to discussing a package that reflects your revenue stream. The firm is not looking to scale rapidly for the sake of it - they're focused on quality over quantity and will welcome any advisor who fits the bill.

You'll be supported by a large, capable back-office team, allowing you to focus on client relationships and business growth. The firm is happy to offer a highly attractive bonus scheme to reward performance.

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Proven track record of generating revenue
