Teaching Assistant - Specialist Autism Provision (Secondary)

Location: Near Cranbrook, Kent (TN17 area)Daily Rate: £100-£115

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering tailored lessons for students with ASD.
• Working one-to-one or in small groups to support learning, social skills, and emotional regulation.
• Assisting with classroom management, organisation, and resources.
• Helping students achieve their EHCP targets and celebrating progress.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience or interest in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, and committed to inclusive education.
• Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, but training can be provided.
