Job Description:

Novo is more than just a gym. We're building a brand that blends premium design, affordable memberships, and a thriving community. Our Southwark location, currently under development, will be our latest flagship space

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales during the pre-sale phase

• Build local awareness and interest in the brand

• Conduct door-to-door and B2B outreach to:

1. Local residents
2. Nearby businesses and corporate offices

• Take payments and manage the full membership sign-up process
• Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent Novo with professionalism and enthusiasm in all community interactions
• Report directly to senior management with updates, insights, and performance data

Ideal Candidate

• Previous sales experience (fitness or retail background preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in both 1:1 and group interactions
• Comfortable working independently and proactively
• Passionate about health, fitness, and community building
