What You'll Do:
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.

• Monitoring and managing a high number of accounts to achieve DSO targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Following up on overdue invoices and resolving payment discrepancies via phone and email
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Preparing regular reports on account status and aged debt

What We're Looking For:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual who has:

• Previous experience in credit control
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
