Sous Chef - Mayfair, Central London
Cordelia's is a exceptional new 80-seater restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair, built around exceptional produce, open-fire cooking and genuine hospitality.
We're creating a vibrant dining destination where great food, expertly crafted drinks and memorable guest experiences come together, and we're looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our opening team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations
- Leading service and supervising chefs
- Maintaining food quality standards
- Assisting with ordering and stock control
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen regulations
- Support the Head Chef with supplier sourcing and gross profit management
- Coaching junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous Sous Chef experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organisation
- Passion for quality food
