Job Title: Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - High Earnings - Luton

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Salary: Up to £31,000 Basic (Including Car Allowance) Financial Guarantees for 6 months Pension, DIS, Bonus & Uncapped Commission

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a high-performing and well-established estate agency branch based in Luton, Bedfordshire, currently seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join their thriving financial services team.

With a strong local reputation and a dynamic property market-including property values up to £750,000 and an average sale price of £317,000-the branch sold over 250 properties in 2024 and is on track to exceed that with 200+ currently for sale. Key Responsibilities:

As a successful Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will:

• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to the individual needs of a diverse client base.
• Convert a constant flow of quality leads provided via the in-branch team and referral network.
• Proactively manage the full mortgage application process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Stay up to date with the Luton property market, lender criteria, interest rates, and mortgage product changes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records in line with FCA regulations.
• Offer protection advice where appropriate, ensuring clients are fully protected.
• Regularly exceed individual and team KPIs to unlock bonuses and commission leading to high earnings.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker position, you must have:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification - Essential.
• A minimum of 12 months' recent experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, processes, and lender requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• A proactive and target-driven approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
