Warehouse Manager - £40-45KCentral London Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:30 On-site, full-time

We're a growing retail start-up in the fashion and jewellery space, looking for a reliable Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our central London stock hub. This role is hands-on, working at the heart of our operation to ensure stores and customers receive their products accurately, on time, and in perfect condition.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily store replenishment and fulfilment based on pick sheets from HQ
• Carry out manual picking and packing (small, daily picks)
• Oversee weekly shipments to stores, including booking couriers and preparing documentation
• Print labels and ensure orders are correctly packaged for dispatch
• Handle customer returns promptly and professionally
• Carry out quality control checks to maintain our premium standards

What You'll Bring

• Experience in warehouse operations, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or premium goods
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Comfort with manual handling and a proactive, hands-on work ethic
• Reliability and the ability to work independently in a start-up environment
• Immediate availability is a strong plus
