The Role:

• • Working on all the standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC) Etc
  • Advise on the most contractually and economically appropriate solution on a project by project basis.
  • Negotiation skills

The Person:

• • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
  • Experience in standard contracts
  • Full UK Driving License.
