Immediately available PR property specialist looking for your next role ? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing property consultancy that are growing form strength to strength !

You ll be responsible for the following :

• Leading on creative PR strategies to meet the commercial needs of the clients,
• Developing and maintain relationships with key media, clients and any other third parties
• Create great client communications !
• Manage and oversee a PR team to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.
• Inspire confidence in clients and the team

To be considered for the role :

• Extensive experience of working in a PR agency working across the built environment, especially within retail, F&B and property sectors
• Commercial acumen and experience of developing new business
• A strong industry network and contacts with senior journalists and members of the press
• Proven track record of successfully implemented PR campaigns for a range of clients
• Polished presenter and adept at explaining PR terms and outcomes to senior players
• Management experience of developing star performers and overseeing performance
