As a Sales Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional and understated client experience. This role suits someone who values quality, discretion, and a slower-paced, consultative approach to luxury fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, offering a calm and attentive shopping environment.

• Provide thoughtful styling advice and guidance, rooted in a strong understanding of fabrics, shapes, and the brand's aesthetic.

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients by offering consistent and personalised service.

• Maintain the visual presentation of the space to reflect a clean, minimal, and elegant environment.

• Handle garments with care, ensuring that displays are always tidy, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards.

• Support stock accuracy by following correct handling, replenishment, and storage processes.

• Use CRM tools to register client details, preferences, and follow-up opportunities.

• Assist with in-store events, private client appointments, and seasonal product changes.

• Respond to customer concerns with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Collaborate with your team and support store leadership in achieving sales and service goals.

Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally womenswear.

• A genuine interest in design, craftsmanship, and natural, high-quality materials.

• Ability to build rapport with a discerning and loyal client base.

• Calm, respectful, and service-focused approach to sales.
