Role Overview:They are looking for a hands-on Catering Manager to lead thier kitchen and front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting while delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day catering operations.
• Lead and support a small team of staff and volunteers.
• Plan and prepare menus focused on breakfast, lunch, and light bites.
• Maintain stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A passion for community and customer service.
• Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
