Key Details:

• Location: SEN School, Upminster

• Start Date: October 2025

• Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Permanent)

• Salary: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

• DBS: All candidates must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate

Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs.

• Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.

• Support the management of behaviour using positive strategies.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to ensure a consistent approach.

• Provide personal care support where required (e.g., feeding, toileting, mobility assistance).

• Encourage and promote independence, self-confidence, and life skills.
