Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one support to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• A patient, caring, and professional demeanor.
