Are you a recent finance / accounting graduate or a current undergraduate looking to make a significant impact in your career? Join us at Bouygues TP as a Graduate Cost Controller in our London head office.

Job Purpose & Scope:

Ensure financial position of the project is clear and accurate by calculating, documenting and maintaining the appropriate financial information and tools. Monthly report, analysis of variances against budget, quarterly forecasts + annual budgets.

Accountabilities & Key Tasks:

  • Produce finance reports and deadlines
  • Prepare monthly financial management reports with analysis & do monthly closure of the project accounts
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual budget models for the project
  • Manage day to day tasks and monthly reporting timetable
  • Provide project management support to managers including reporting, maintaining system tools and budgets
  • Check timesheet and recharges
  • Follow up and support procurement and sub-contractor processes
  • Financial analysis reporting and other ad-hoc reporting as required

About You:

  • Degree in management accounting / finance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • IT skills: use of financial software / cost recording system like SAP or similar
  • Excellent at building working relationships
