• Oversee the identification, assessment, and support of students with SEND

• Work closely with teaching staff, parents, external agencies and senior leadership

• Coordinate EHCP processes, interventions, and personalised learning plans

• Support a team of teaching assistants and inclusion staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be working towards it)

• Proven experience working with students with a range of special educational needs

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory requirements

• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

• A proactive and empathetic approach to inclusion and behaviour
