QA Test Lead

Position: QA Test Lead

Location: London, three days a week onsite

Our client a leading igaming business are looking to hire a QA Test Lead to join an in-house QA/Delivery team. As the company continues to grow, they're keen to bring on board someone experienced, ambitious, and ready to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee testing activities for high-profile projects, ensuring top-quality standards.
• Conduct manual testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, identifying and resolving issues.
• Develop and execute test cases aligned with game and lottery-specific functionality.
• Guide and mentor junior testers, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements and quality assurance strategies.

What Are We Looking For?

• Strong QA experience, with expertise in manual testing and debugging.
• Leadership skills, with prior experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience working within the gaming or gambling industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, BitBucket, Postman, and Selenium.
