Our System of Quality Management(SoQM) Team is responsible for delivering our ISQM (UK) 1evaluation requirements, working closely with audit teams and otherfirmwide functions to embed a culture of continuous improvement. What You'llDo:

• Strengthen thefirm's System of Quality Management (SoQM) - supporting initiativesthat enhance audit quality across the practice.
• Deliver ISQM1 monitoring, testing, and evaluationprogrammes - helping ensure our quality management framework isrobust and effective.
• Perform testing ofcontrols - identifying gaps and supporting remediation to drivecontinuous improvement.
• Support thedesign, implementation, and documentation of controls - ensuringprocesses align with regulatory expectations.
• Communicate with key stakeholders - keeping audit teamsinformed about processes, controls, and audit qualityenhancements.
• Review and updateobjectives, risks, and processes - ensuring they remain alignedwith the firm's strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with other quality and risk teams - workingtogether to deliver a consistent approach to auditquality.
• Utilise and maintain digitaltools - collecting, analysing, and mapping data on objectives,risks, and controls.
• Prepare reports andpresent insights - supporting leadership decision-making withwell-structured reporting and analysis.
• Workclosely with teams such as RCA, Methodology, and L&D - ensuringalignment and responsiveness to audit qualityinitiatives.
• Champion continual improvement -identifying innovative ways to enhance audit quality processes andefficiency.
• Support digital transformation -helping automate and optimise audit quality monitoring andtesting.

What You'llBring:

• ACA / CA /ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Auditbackground with a strong understanding of the regulatorylandscape.
• Experience with ISQM (UK) 1 ispreferred but not essential.
• Experience in aprofessional services environment with exposure to audit risk andquality management.
• Strong technical skills inMicrosoft Office applications and SharePoint, with enthusiasm forworking with digital tools.
• Excellentorganisational and project management abilities - capable ofmanaging multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential data professionally andresponsibly.
• A proactive, solutions-focusedapproach - confident in suggesting and implementing processimprovements.
• Exceptional communication andstakeholder management skills - able to engage with colleagues atall levels.
• A team player with a positive andadaptable attitude, aligned with Forvis Mazars' values.
