We are seeking a Programme Manager for our Government client. This role can be based in London, Manchester, York, Sheffield or Glasgow, and will be office based 1 day per week and the remaining remote. The Programme Manager role will be an initial 3 month contract, paying between £550 - £650/Day Inside IR35.

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

• Programme Management
• Agile Delivery (especially in non digital environments)
• Coaching (Multi disciplinary teams to deliver)
• Our work involves piloting foundational programmes and place-based initiatives to accelerate mission delivery, support preventative measures, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation in public.
• You will build and maintain motivated, collaborative teams, identify and help overcome obstacles, and focus the team on what is most important for product and service delivery. You will also encourage continuous improvement and coach team members in appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques. In this role, you will specifically operate directly with accelerators and policy teams, facilitating their work and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Building and maintaining motivated, collaborating, and well-functioning teams;Identifying and helping teams overcome obstacles;
• Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement within the delivery team;Facilitating the delivery flow of a team, managing pace and tempo;Actively addressing internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies.
