Graduate Administrator - Investment Management

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a highly regarded Investment Management firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Working directly with the Head of Risk and Compliance, you'll gain exceptional exposure across governance, regulation, and operations within an FCA-regulated business. This is your chance to learn how investment management really works - from inside a respected, professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance with key administrative and governance duties.
• Maintaining compliance registers, records, and documentation.
• Assisting with monitoring, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Helping to coordinate audits, board packs, and internal reviews.
• Collaborating across departments - from operations to investments - gaining valuable insight into the full business.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate (finance, business, economics, or law preferred).
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in financial services and investment management.
• Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities.
