We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our esteemed school in Winslow. This role presents an excellent opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting both teaching and learning, helping to create a positive and enriching educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
• Develop and adapt learning resources to cater to the diverse needs of students, in alignment with the school's curriculum goals
• Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback to students and teachers, supporting the implementation of improvement strategies
• Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment by effectively implementing the school's behaviour management policies
• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements, adjusting teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practises in education and foster a culture of continuous learning within the school

Qualifications and Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent is required
• Proven experience in a similar school-based role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
