Service Manager Learning Disabilities

On behalf of an established company Pure Care are currently searching for a passionate Service Manager to oversee their supported living services in the Croydon area.

• 37,500 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• Adults with learning disabilities
• The role does not require a CQC registration

This leading group provides support to adults with learning disabilities and they are seeking an experienced Service Manager to support their services in and around Croydon. The services are set up to promote clients to be as independent as possible, and support with daily life where needed.

This role will not require a CQC registration, although candidates will ideally have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Prior experience of supporting clients with learning disabilities is essential.

Supported Living Service Manager Skills & Experience:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care preferred.
• Support the staff to always deliver a high standard of care and support to the service users.
• Previous managerial experience within care, preferably with clients with learning disabilities
• You will be a motivational and reliable leader to all support workers and other staff within the home.
• Able to regularly liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care and support is provided.
