The Role

As an M&E Estimator, you will prepare precise mechanical and electrical cost estimates for a variety of projects. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed M&E cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Analyze project specifications and conduct site visits.
• Obtain quotations and liaise with subcontractors.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure feasibility.
• Maintain pricing databases and assess cost-related risks.

About You

You will excel in this role if you have:

• Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in the commercial or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of M&E building services.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
