Roles: Mid-Level & Senior Business Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working - once a week on-site)
Salary: Between 40,000- 75,000 p/annum + Bonus (Double Base Salary if on target)
CPS is supporting a leading Microsoft Gold Partner MSP who have huge plans for growth in 2025. Due to this business decision, they're hiring a team of Business Development Managers across their Sales function.
They intend to hire a mixture of Mid-Level and Senior Business Development Managers.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a Microsoft Gold Partner and have a proven IT/ Digital Solution sales track record. This will include the full 360-cycle of identifying and securing new business, as well as building relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact until close
- Expected to present and negotiate with clients
- Maximise each sales opportunity
- Running multiple sales campaigns across multiple geographical patches simultaneously
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales record in IT/ Digital Solutions - ideally Microsoft-based products
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Senior Stakeholders
- Able to work independently. As well as in a tea,
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and marketing
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
