We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team, dedicated to providing high-quality plumbing services while ensuring an excellent customer experience in line with our company standards and specifications. This role involves completing plumbing activities including repairs, diagnostics, and replacements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Carry out all plumbing work within allocated time frames to a high standard and quality, while communicating progress to colleagues.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations including PPE, COSHH, and RAMS.
- Maintain professional conduct, ensuring compliance with the corporate code of conduct & brand guidelines (e.g., punctuality, clean vehicle, uniforms, and site appearance).
- Manage van stock effectively and place orders with suppliers in compliance with group specifications.
- Maintain accurate job records in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Participate in the Out of Hours (OOH) standby cover as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 6189: Plumbing and Domestic Heating.
- City & Guilds 3345: Water Regulations & Unvented Water.
- CSCS or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in plumbing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Respectful to customers, neighbours, and their properties.
- Full, clean driver's licence.
- Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
