Who We're Looking For

Whether you're already a Care Team Leader or a Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, or a Care Assistant ready to level up - we'll support your growth every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team of support workers
• Delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently
• Recruiting and developing staff through supervisions and interviews
• Communicating with staff, the people we support, and external professionals
• Keeping records up to date with solid written and IT skills

Who You'll Support

Our service supports individuals with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours, and mobility needs - so manual handling is part of the role. We're looking for someone energetic, hardworking, patient, and with a great sense of humour.
