About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Specialist to provide expert application support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ERP processes. This role involves working closely with users, resolving technical problems, and enhancing system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to implement system updates and improvements.
• Train users and create support documentation.
• Assist with report generation using SQL and Power BI.
• Support integrations with third-party apps and the Power Platform.
